After riding the Mangapurua Track you and your bikes will be jet boated down to Bridge to Nowhere Lodge or Campground. This is the only accommodation of its kind inside the Whanganui National Park.

The next morning you can choose to jet boat back to Pipiriki or paddle down the river in a canoe. The later takes about 3 – 4 hours from the Lodge depending on how you decide to pace your journey and is classed as easy.
Which ever option you choose your bikes are jet boated out.

Leave you vehicle safely parked at the Raetihi Holiday Park for the night. Catch the shuttle van down the Ruatiti to the start of track. Have fun riding the track. Meet us at the Mangapurua Landing and enjoy your 20 minute jet boat ride to BTN campground Collect your overnight gear and set up camp. Cook your meal in the Great Outdoors Next morning give us your gear and along with your bike we will take them to Pipiriki by jet boat. You can paddle the 21km to Pipiriki. You then meet the shuttle van and back to your vehicle in Raetihi. 35km ride

Starting from Pipiriki jet boat 30 km up the Whanganui River. Enjoy a peaceful 40 minute walk through the native bush arriving at the world famous Bridge to Nowhere. Bring your own picnic lunch - we'll supply the tea and coffee. After lunch, lie back and listen to the sounds of the bush, the birds, and see nature at its finest. Your guide will share stories of the river and of years gone by. Return to the river and board your canoe for an 1 hour and half (approx) journey to the Bridge to Nowhere Lodge and Camp-ground. Spend the night at the lodge and enjoy a buffet meal, cosy bed and bush breakfast the next day. Return to Pipiriki in your canoe, a 4 hour journey.
